With over 20 years of experience, Kaylie Rodriguez recognizes the significance of integrating biological, psychological, social, and spiritual facets to facilitate an individual’s healthy growth. Kaylie Rodriguez completed her training in Basic ART Therapy in 2020. She uses this form of therapy to complement the therapeutic process for such areas as trauma, phobias, OCD, depression, anxiety, addiction, and generally for people who feel stuck. This form of therapy uses Eye Movements in conjunction with visual imagery. She has found this to be a profound therapeutic modality for her clients. Kaylie Rodriguez also utilizes hypnotherapy as a valuable tool to complement one’s recovery/health and wellness path with many conditions, including stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, insomnia, trauma and chronic pain. Kaylie Rodriguez completed her Clinical Certification in Hypnotherapy in 2014. Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that helps to align the conscious and subconscious minds so they work collaboratively to achieve a goal.

Kaylie Rodriguez provides a safe, non-judgmental environment in which an individual can begin to process their feelings and experiences, and let go. “We must let our feelings come before we can let them go.” Kaylie Rodriguez promotes a holistic recovery/self-care plan. She strongly believes that long-term shifts require an emphasis on all aspects of health- physical, emotional/psychological, social and spiritual.
